Purpose of drying equipment
After painting of the object, it makes the object go through the drying oven for drying and heat treatment to minimize the damage and maximize the product quality.
Drying methods and types
Drying oven method is divided into continuous and non-continuous type; and can also be divided according to the fuel type.
- Continuous type : Painted object goes through the drying oven for drying.
- Non-continuous type : It is to place a set quantity of objects in the drying oven and close the oven for a set time for drying.
- Direct hot blast type : For drying at high temperature
- Indirect hot blast type : For drying plastic
- Radiant heat type : For drying powder coating line.
- Electric oven type: For drying electronic products, parts and plastic products
